What may be unclear is how to navigate to where you want to be — be it within your home, in a new house, or moving forward in your business. The possibilities are endless, but the process starts with a creative consultation where potential begins to be shaped into reality. Project planning and implementation turns the blue dot into a blueprint, sometimes literally. Ideas become conceptual sketches, floor plans, and sourcing and selections with the culmination being hands-on design implementation. This process is accelerated during a real estate staging as decisions are made with the intent to present and sell the home, optimizing the home’s value and marketability. We get it. The chaos and order of those choices can seem overwhelming, but that’s where we shine. Our hands-on and hearts-in approach may limit the number of projects we take on at a time, but it means complete focus until project completion.
We begin by pulling all of those creative ideas out of the air and putting them on paper in the form of conceptual sketches, digital renderings, fixture and furnishing selections, and estimates. This is followed by contractor scheduling, material orders, ongoing supervision, and problem solving during installation. Step by step, we work toward the day when we step away. The day when we are fulfilled when it looks like we said it would, and you hoped it could.
In addition to select residential projects, our primary focus is on projects in the restaurant/hospitality and real estate industries. Incorporating the full spectrum of our experience in business, brand development, and marketing into the overall design elements has fueled both our client’s growth as well as our own.

There is no magic in selling real estate... you just need the perfect property in the perfect location with the perfect buyer, right? For the rest of us, staging a real estate property optimizes the value and livability by highlighting the positives and potential.
Our services in this area range from assisting homeowners with the arrangement and editing of their furnishings while offering suggestions for updates, when necessary. In vacant properties, we can assist with updates and renovations, as well as outfitting as much or as little of the home as desired from our varied furniture and accessory inventory. We pay attention to scale, demographic, and energetic elements that create a visual story, pulling buyers in.
Our aim is to maximize the appeal of the property and minimize the time on the market. We cannot, however, promise that you will not fall back in love with your home and want to stay.

Is This a store? Sometimes. Primarily, our space is a space to gather the people, furnishings, and ideas that our projects require. Our inventory is curated to support our real estate staging and design clients. In the future, it will be open, on occasion, to release those items into “the wild” to live out the rest of their story as a part of yours.
Is This an Art Gallery? Sometimes. Since we commission custom work for many of our projects, we love cultivating ongoing opportunities for our favorite artists. As the world opens back up, we look forward to opening up for the community to see unique artwork paired with our furnishings. This highlights how stunning they could be in their natural habitat — your home.
Is This a Design Studio? Always. It is a place for us to work, play with ideas, and create without worrying about the mess — because that’s where the magic is. Just as we are creating the space of your dreams, we must have the space to make the things which make the dreams come true.
